Return & Refund Policy

At DolphinVein, we accept eligible returns and exchanges in accordance with the policy below. Please read this policy carefully before submitting a return or exchange request.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

New
Unused
Unopened
In its original packaging
Complete with all accessories, manuals, parts, and original materials

Products that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, modified, or returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Returns for Defective and Non-Defective Products

DolphinVein accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products.

For non-defective returns, the product must be new, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. After review, we may offer a return, exchange, replacement, repair support, or refund depending on the situation.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for eligible products.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. The returned product must be new, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging unless the exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval by DolphinVein.

Return Method

Returns are accepted by post only.

Customers must contact DolphinVein and receive return authorization before sending any product back. Please do not return the product without prior approval.

Return Label and Return Shipping

For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, DolphinVein will provide a prepaid return label at no cost after the return request has been reviewed and approved.

For non-defective returns, including products ordered by mistake, no longer needed, or returned for personal reasons, customers are responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs. A prepaid return label is not automatically included with every order.

Customers must contact DolphinVein and receive return authorization before sending any product back.

Restocking Fee

A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved non-defective returns. The fee is calculated based on the original product price and will be deducted from the refund.

The restocking fee does not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.

The restocking fee does not apply to products that are defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly shipped by DolphinVein.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products may not be eligible for return:

Opened or used products
Products without original packaging
Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
Products modified or repaired without authorization
Products missing accessories, manuals, parts, or original materials
Products returned without prior authorization

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other local fees are not refundable.
